Daryl Skelly
Daryl Skelly has over ten years’ experience in working on substantial public and private sector projects. He previously worked with two of Ireland’s largest building contractors on mixed use developments, covering residential, commercial, healthcare, manufacturing and industrial process facilities.
Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying) from Technological University Dublin (formally DIT). As Commercial Manager, Daryl is responsible for the complete commercial management of all on-going residential & commercial projects. Skilled in Development Feasibility Analysis, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Cost Planning & Control, and Contractor Management, Daryl is involved from the inception of each project right the way through to completion/ handover.
